A series of exercises have been developed by the One-Flint Free Society, in collaboration with the Brantford Tax Project, for technical proficiency in treaty law, and laws of nations. These exercises focus on sovereign risk management in foreign taxation systems, but include techniques that may be adapted and employed in other areas of resources management. They serve as an introduction to the practical use of treaty information in the management of land resources, and provide hands on experience. These exercises serve as a companion to the training publication, Managing Risk and Legal Obligations.
The series of exercises is deliberately presented in modular form so that all mohawks may opt to do single parts only, or to undertake the whole, linked set of exercises.
